Father's Day!

Happy Father's Day Daddy! For Father's Day Jason, Jaelyn and I ran the "Father's Day 5K" to get our day started! Jaelyn had this cute onesie that said "I Love Daddy", and little pink running sock/shoes! We started and finished together, and had a blast running! Jason is such an amazing father, and it is truly the most incredible thing to watch him be a "daddy" to Jaelyn!

Hostesses: Elizabeth and Sarah and the boys...Dan, the griller and Jay, the entertainer!

We decided a couple of weeks ago that since we love the magazine "SUNSET" so much, that we were inspired to host a themed dinner party! We cooked up homemade, fresh, and healthy appetizers, sides, main dishes and desserts! Some of the the yummy dishes included prosciutto wrapped cantaloupe, antipasto platter, sangria, roasted apples and sweet potatoes, marinated and grilled elk and antelope steaks, fresh bread, berry arugula salad, and strawberry rhubarb cobbler with homemade ice cream! It was a beautiful summer night with good friends, food and memories made!

Pool Days

Our friends Mica, Ted and daughter Rhaya had an awesome pool party on a beautiful summer night! The boys drank beer and grilled, the girls played with the babies, and we all went swimming! (Although I am bummed because I didn't get any swimming pics!!! Maybe next time!) I don't know who had more fun...the babies or the adults???

Mexcio Vacation

Puerto Aventuras

May 30th-June 4th 2010

Jason, Jaelyn and I ventured south to the beautiful country of Mexico. We were joined by Jaelyn's Grandpa Jim and Grandma T, and friend Dan, Elizabeth and Dillan Dolton, and Scott and Scotti Hollingsworth.

We were in Mexico for a week and had a wonderful time. The weather was sunny and beautiful the entire time we were there. The food was outstanding and the drinks flowed....

We couldn't of asked for a more relaxing and enjoyable time with family and friends!Jaelyn on her first aiplane ride! The plane was not full, so she got her very own seat!




Our first night at the resort! Jaelyn's hair turned "curly Q" instantly and she looked so adorable!

DEEP SEA FISHING TRIP

Everyone but the moms and babies went fishing...6 total. The all caught Dorado and Tish caught a Tuna! Afterwards a local restaruant cooked up all the fish and we had a feast. For not going fishing, I at least got to enjoy the prize, and it was delicious!

Dan and Elizabeth traded us babysitting for an adults only night out! Jay and I went to the restaurant Oceana, an adult's only restaurant, and dined along the water with the sun setting. It was very romantic and we had a wonderful night out!
